2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards Nominations: Here's the Full List

The 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards will be held on June 18, 2018, from the Barker Hangar in Santa MonicaCalifornia, U.S. It will be the 27th edition of the awards and the second to jointly honor movies and television.

The nominations for the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards were finally unveiled.
Blockbuster Black Panther leads the movie side with seven total nominations, while Netflix's hit Stranger Things prevails in the TV world with six nominations. Praise is also in order for IT, which racked up four nominations, as well as for Riverdale and Game of Thrones, which are tied with three nominations apiece.

Chadwick Boseman's portrayal of Black Panther's title character earned him a nom for both Best Hero and Best Performance in a movie, the latter category also honoring TimothĂ©e Chalamet, Ansel Elgort, Daisy Ridley and Saoirse Ronan. Millie Bobby Brown gets a Best Performance in a Show nomination for her Stranger Things role, along with Darren Criss, Katherine Langford, Issa Rae and Maisie Williams.

Girls Trip star Tiffany Haddish will be hosting the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards, which will air Monday, June 18 from the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles. This year also marks Emmy Award-winning producer and director Joel Gallen's return as Executive Producer of the show.
